How long are your shipping times?
The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time during this new normal. Since we're working at a reduced capacity, orders will see fulfillment times as follows
ALL HOLIDAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY DECEMBER 5th 2020
Athleisure Wear production is 5-7 business days.
Drinkware production is 3 business days.
Phone Case production is 7-12 business days.
Stationary production is 3 business days.
Shipping time of 3-7 days added to the above production times. Our carriers can't guarantee Overnight delivery at the moment, so we'll be temporarily disabling this shipping methods.
What does this mean? Worst case it might be two weeks before your orders arrives at your doorstep.
The Good News! Currently we have enough stock to fulfill orders, especially for our most popular products. We're communicating with our suppliers to keep stock levels in check. New styles and designs are being released every day.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
ALL SHIPMENTS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE/INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE SUBJECT TO A RETURN SHIPPING FEE. DUCHESS OF DRAMA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN-TO-SENDER FEES. AS A PRECAUTION, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
We only ship within the United States at this time. International shipping creates issues with VAT / duty taxes, customs and tracking of packages. We use USPS, UPS, DHL, and Fedex for shipping and all packages have tracking. You will be notified as soon as your items ship. You may have more than one package depending on your order because not everything is produced in one facility.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Do you offer Paypal?
We offer Paypal, as well as Amazon Pay. Both are secure payment gateways that ensure buyer protection and provide payment guarantees while never keeping any credit card information on file.
We also use Shopify as our platform which uses secure SSL encryption and never hosts scam sites (yuck!).

What is your sites currency?
The pricing on our site is in USD and does not convert to other currencies.
What payment methods can I use?
Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay and Paypal. All transactions are encrypted for your safety. At this time we do not accept personal checks, money orders or any other form of payment.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you ordered multiple items they may be dispatched separately. You may have more than one package depending on your order because not everything is produced in one facility.
Why was I sent multiple tracking numbers?
If you ordered multiple products, please note that you may receive several packages as our production facilities are USA based and some of our items are shipping from different locations.
Where's my order?
In most cases, your order will reach your shipping address within 5-10 days. However, there are rare cases when the item reach you after more than 15 days. If this happens, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate your order.
How do I return, exchange, or get a refund on an order?
We rarely send the wrong package, but mistake happens sometimes.
